We assist people who want to live in a house or an apartment with a roommate or companion to do so by helping them perform all the necessary tasks required for them to live a meaningful life in the community they choose.
Skilled Nursing Services:
We provide licensed nurses to help care for service recipients who are medically fragile and need skilled nursing services.
Community Based Day Services:
We help the people we serve participate in their community while learning to do basic activities such as banking, shopping, volunteering, visiting parks or recreational facilities and libraries etc.
Personal Assistance Service:
We help people who choose to continue to live with their families at home by providing their families assistance in the care of their loved one thereby allowing their family to go to work, school or attend to other family matters
Transportation Service:
We provide transportation to and from all community activities.

TPA, Inc is a tax-exempt non-profit organization operating under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to TPA qualify for tax-deduction as charity contributions and appropriate documentation will be provided upon acceptance of your gift. TPA will accept any form of donation (cash, property, supplies etc ) that will assist TPA to accomplish its mission. Please provide a full address so that we can provide a receipt for the donation. Training and education is the foundation for performance excellence. Our well trained and qualified staff is a result of a combination of face to face on the job training, and cutting edge online training which is provided by Tennessee Division of Intellectual Disabilities through College of Direct Support
TPA has secured membership with Community Resource Center, Inc; a not-for-profit organization that provides various discounted grocery and general merchandise items to its members. Middle TN based service recipients can take advantage of this resource and shop for reasonably priced stuff by calling Finance Dept @ 615-331-6200
TPA provides opportunities for volunteers/Interns who would want to make a difference in the life of people with intellectual disabilities whilst earning valuable experience and or internship credit hours. Opportunities for volunteer and internship work is available in operations, IT and general office work. Volunteers/Interns will be required to meet minimum HR requirements, pass criminal background check and undergo some training before they are assigned tasks. Contact the HR Dept for more information
