Sophie Madondo-Turner, BSN, CCRN, RN is the Chief Executive Officer of TPA, Inc and she is a member of the Board Of Directors of TPA, Inc. Sophie is a Registered Nurse and she holds a Bachelors degree in Nursing and several certifications in Nursing. She brings several years of supervisory and executive administration experience to TPA.


John Madondo, COO

John Madondo, BSN, MSN, FNP, RN is the Chief Operations Officer of TPA, Inc and he is a member of the Board Of Directors of TPA, Inc. John also serve as the Administrator of our TPA Middle Operations. He holds a Bachelors degree in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing. John is a Registered Family Practitioner Nurse, and he brings several  years of leadership and administration  experience to TPA, Inc.


Sweden Kwenda, CFO

Sweden Kwenda, BS, MS is the Chief Financial Officer of TPA, Inc and he is a member of the Board of Directors of TPA, Inc. Sweden holds a Bachelors degree in Business and a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Systems and brings years of business and finance administration experience to TPA, Inc

Henry Bayiye, Program Director - Middle Region

Henry Bayiye, MPA, is the Program Director of TPA Middle Region. Henry holds a Masters degree in Public Administration. Henry brings  several years of 
executive management experience obtained from working in both profit and non-profit international organizations.
